Aussie Betta Subscription Policy

  1. Overview
    Aussie Betta offers a monthly auto‑renewal subscription service for eligible skincare products. Subscribers receive regular deliveries, enjoy special subscriber perks, and can manage or cancel their subscription easily.
  2. Subscription & Billing
    Subscriptions auto‑renew every 30 days unless canceled.
    You will be charged on your original signup date each month.
    Prices include product cost; shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
    We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 7–10 days’ prior notice via email.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    Subscriptions ship according to your selected plan and destination country (US, UK, etc.).
    Delivery times vary by location; typical transit times are displayed at checkout.
    You may update your shipping address in your account before the next renewal charge.
  4. Skip, Pause, or Cancel
    Skip a delivery: Log in → Subscriptions → Skip next shipment.
    Pause temporarily: Log in → Subscriptions → Pause.
    Cancel anytime: Log in → Subscriptions → Cancel.
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
  5. Returns & Refunds for Subscriptions
    Unopened, unused products eligible for return/refund per our general Refund Policy.
    Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for a full refund.
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

    in your Aussie Betta account under Subscriptions.
